AgentPaul does not sell personal information. We do not use client confidential material to train public AI models unless that has been explicitly agreed in writing.

As an AI technology consultancy, AgentPaul may use AI tools to support research, drafting, analysis, prototyping, automation, and delivery. Where project material is sensitive, we aim to use tools and workflows proportionate to the confidentiality, security, and commercial context.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated data, credentials, secrets, or confidential third-party material through the public contact form unless we have agreed an appropriate channel first.

We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including ongoing work, follow-up, operational records, dispute handling, legal obligations, and tax or accounting requirements.

If a conversation does not become active work, we may still retain a limited record so we can understand prior context and avoid losing useful history.
